In particularly, this system is used to<br \/>\ncreate an online thermostat using a microcontroller with ARM Cortex M4 architecture and an application designed\u00a0for Android operating system. The system was designed by<br \/>\nauthors from the ground with the objective to create a\u00a0framework for wide range of applications in electromechanical\u00a0domain with network communication capabilities.<br \/>\nThe main hardware element is the processing unit for which\u00a0was chosen the STM32F407VGT6 microcontroller. This is\u00a0based on a 32-bit architecture working at 168MHz frequency\u00a0which allow very fast running several tasks: scanning\u00a0of digital sensors and a touchscreen, achieve SPI communication\u00a0with an Ethernet driver, run an algorithm for\u00a0temperature control. All software routines for microcontroller\u00a0were built to be easy to port in another applications being\u00a0developed in C language and structured in reusable<br \/>\nfunctions.
