The\u00a0achievement such a way implies designing a hardware\u00a0structure that meets the proposed functions in a versatile\u00a0approach and programming of controller using its facilities.\u00a0The electrical equipments, being characterized by small\u00a0time constants and high risk, impose major efforts in orderto develop competitive monitoring systems. On the other\u00a0hand, the costs involved by such systems need to be as low as\u00a0possible, without cutting the imposed performances. The\u00a0possible functions of the experimental system are related to\u00a0the monitoring of IO breaker using modern diagnostic\u00a0methods: monitoring of the contacts condition, the\u00a0computation equivalent switching number, the estimation of\u00a0the insulating oil quality, monitoring the achieved service,\u00a0the diagnostics of the weaken contact by vibration analysis\u00a0technique and the dependence of voltage versus temperature\u00a0on contact. The results are presented as graphical user\u00a0interfaces developed by using the facilities of the software\u00a0MATLAB.
