\nSubmission of Camera Ready Papers<\/strong><\/pre>\n
\n\tTo accomplish the submission of Camera ready form of your paper, please follow the steps bellow:<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n
\n\t <\/strong>1. Improve the paper according to the reviewer comments<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tBefore preparing the Camera Ready form of your paper please revise it according to the comments of reviewers received with the individual acceptance e-mail. The comments are also available in your author account at http:\/\/elth.ucvro\/icate\/register\/openconf.php using your paper ID and password\n<\/p>\n
\n\tDo not forget to provide index terms taken in the IEEE Taxonomy<\/a><\/strong> in order to have your paper referenced accurately in the main scientific data bases.\n<\/p>\n
\n\tImportant notice about plagiarism: <\/b>Please be advised about the IEEE plagiarism policy available here <\/a>  or read the IEEE Plagiarism tutorial available here<\/a>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t2. Follow strictly the IEEE guidelines for preparing camera-ready papers for the conference proceedings <\/a><\/b>\n<\/p>\n
\n\tImportant notice: <\/b>Please include on the bottom of the first page the IEEE Copyright notice as in the updated MS Word template available <\/a>here<\/a><\/b>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t3. Create the PDF file according to the instructions available <\/a><\/strong>here <\/a><\/strong>using IEEE PDF eXpress website<\/strong>

\n\t4. Submit the PDF file of the Camera Ready paper using your author account at the conference register site:  <\/b>http:\/\/elth.ucvro\/icate\/register\/openconf.php using your paper ID and password<\/b>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t5. Copyright<\/strong>
\n\tFulfill and sign the IEEE copyright form <\/strong>available <\/strong>here<\/strong><\/a> <\/strong>and send a scanned copy to the conference secretariat at icate@elth.ucv.ro<\/a>\n<\/p>\n
