Initial paper submission<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The paper must contain original contribution according to the conference topics. Important notice about plagiarism: Please be advised about the\u00a0IEEE plagiarism policy available here<\/a> Please pay attention to the\u00a0IEEE Plagiarism tutorial available here<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Follow the IEEE guidelines for preparing papers for conference proceedings. The recommended paper size is A4, with the MS Word template available\u00a0here<\/a> on the IEEE website or here<\/u><\/em><\/a> for MSWord 2003 compatible or later<\/li>\n
  3. The paper should be 4 to 6 pages in length.<\/li>\n
  4. Create your author account at the conference register site: https:\/\/elth.ucv.ro\/icate\/register24\/openconf.php<\/a> by choosing the option \u201cMake Submission\u201d.<\/li>\n
  5. Submit the PDF file of the paper using your author account. Please do not include the authors\u2019 names in the manuscript submitted for peer-review.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Submission of Camera Ready Papers<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Improve the paper according to the reviewers\u2019 comments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Before preparing the Camera Ready form of your paper please revise it according to the comments of reviewers received with the individual acceptance e-mail.<\/p>\n

      Make sure you included the authors\u2019 names, affiliation address, and e-mail.<\/p>\n

      1. Follow strictly the\u00a0<\/strong>IEEE guidelines for preparing camera-ready papers for the conference proceedings<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. Create the PDF file according to the instructions available\u00a0<\/strong>here<\/u><\/strong><\/em><\/a>\u00a0using IEEE PDF eXpress website\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
        2. Upload the PDF file created at the step 3 using the conference register site:\u00a0<\/strong>https:\/\/elth.ucv.ro\/icate\/register24\/openconf.php<\/a> with your paper ID and password<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            The electronic copyright form will be e-mailed to the contact author together with instructions for filling-in.<\/p>\n

              Please be advised that:<\/p>\n

              (i)\u00a0<\/strong>the submission will not be included in the conference program if the steps above have not been strictly followed;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

              (ii)\u00a0<\/strong>IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore, if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and\/or quality.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n
